Absolute Hardware takes the security of your details very seriously. To ensure your payments are 100% safe we use a secure server with industry standard encryption methods for keeping your details safe at all times. If you experience any problems placing your order you can contact us by phone 24 hours of the day, if the appropriate person is not available to speak to a message will be taken and we will endeavour to return your call within the same working day.
Wherever possible, all orders placed on a working day before 3:30pm, will be despatched the same day. Once an order has been despatched we are unable to cancel or amend, therefore if you need to cancel or amend an order navigate to the contact page and contact us as soon as possible.
Price Match Challenge
All products have been competitively priced. If you find a product in our range cheaper elsewhere then let us know, we cannot always guarantee to price match but we’ll definitely give it a go!

Cancelling Orders & Refund Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases. For peace of mind Absolute Hardware offers a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you wish to cancel your order, you are unhappy with the goods that you have received or have simply changed your mind then let us know no later than 30 days after receiving the goods. The goods must then be returned to us (in their original condition and packaging where possible) within 14 days from the time you notified us that you were returning the item(s). We may not accept any returns or make any refunds outside of these terms.
We recommend using tracked delivery options for returns, as we cannot give refunds for items which are not returned to us. In addition please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Once the returned items are received by us, a refund will be issued or a replacement sent. Please allow 3-5 working days for this process.
NOTE: Unfortunately goods made, cut or sourced specifically to a customer’s requirement (including but not limited to, Chain and Threaded Rod) are not refundable.

Faulty, Damaged or Insufficient Goods
If you believe your goods to be faulty or not sufficient to the item that was advertised please do call us in the first instance. If we are unable to settle the matter over the phone we may ask you to return the goods, in some cases we will collect. If on receipt we inspect the items and deem them not to be faulty or unsuficient you will be not be refunded the return postage cost and we may charge you a collection fee if the item was collected. Damage or faults arising as a consequence of inappropriate use or accident are specifically excluded from any guarantee.

Sale of Goods Act 1979

All prices are in GBP £ (pounds sterling). Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date / time of an order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted. Should the item be listed at the incorrect price we reserve the right to retract from sale and refund you in full. Additionally, in line with Distance Selling Regulations we are bound to inform you that we consider the contract concluded once your item has been safely received at the address on the order.

If you selected the Next Day option and your order is received before 4:00 pm and is in stock it will be dispatched on the same working day on an express carrier. Please note this does not apply for items that incur an additional 1-2 days to dispatch, this is noted on the product page of the item.
If payment has been made by cheque then your order will despatched once the payment has cleared. If you live in the UK mainland then you will normally receive the goods the following working day, between the hours of 8am 7pm though this is not guaranteed.
Whilst we make every effort to despatch & deliver goods as specified, we cannot accept liability or issue compensation for any out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Great care must be taken when inputting the delivery address on the order as we cannot be held responsible for any addresses input incorrectly at this stage, if a mistake in the address results in a miss delivery we have the right to charge for any additional costs incurred to re-deliver the goods.
Please note: Collection from our address is not available, all orders are despatched for delivery via courier.
Missing Goods / Non-Delivery
If you have not received your order within the above time period or you are concerned, please contact us by e-mail by clicking here or by phone 0121 379 8020, we will check the status of the delivery for you and if possible supply a tracking number for your reference. Goods will not be treated as lost until we have carried out a full investigation with the courier.
We offer Trade Accounts to businesses where special trade prices and free delivery is provided to UK Mainland addresses. To qualify for these terms you must have a minimum average monthly spend of £50 (ex VAT) and you must have spent a minimum of £50 (ex VAT) with us before we can accept an application. We have the right to remove these terms at anytime when an account is not performing to the minimum requirements and will advise you before doing so. You must use one user login at all times when ordering through our website as the trade discount can only be applied once per customer.
If you wish to pay upfront for each order via a card or Paypal payment you would open a Trade Account.
